Daye Peak Waste Heat Cooling Tower has been driven by "75kW Asynchronous Motor 3.5 m Transmission Shaft Reducer Coupling Inverter " since its completion. This method drives the drive shaft to be long, has high requirements on the center, poor sealing reliability, high humidity, small size and poor heat dissipation, resulting in seal failure and oil leakage. At the same time, there are many transmission links, low transmission efficiency and many failure points. In order to solve this problem, Daye peak has been modified, with 75kW permanent magnet synchronous direct drive motor frequency converter to drive. The driving mode has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, clean production and maintenance free. Its use not only improves the efficiency of the transmission system, makes the equipment more energy-efficient, but also reduces the workload of maintenance personnel.
