The third is randomness. People who eat whole grains may get sick and go to the emergency department. On a certain day, everyone may become our customers, so patients and customers are random.
Finally, they're all dangerous. Delaying the emergency department will kill people, and delaying production without cement may also affect the interests of customers. Generally speaking, each has its own dangers.
The most important thing is that you can only find a hospital when you are sick, and patients with imperfect hospitals can only give it time to improve.
