The outpatient doctor had already left work, so I had to hang up the number of an emergency surgeon. He logged into the system to check my check report, but the record was not updated. After some operation, he finally asked me to find a doctor who did CT to check the report, because he could only see the doctor on the basis of that report. After three or four trips back and forth, I finally got the diagnosis when it was getting dark. At the moment I saw the result, I thought to myself, I am not dying of illness, but fortunately the result is not serious, otherwise I will be delayed alive.
Lying in bed that night, I carefully recalled the course of the day and thought of myself running back and forth to find a doctor. Suddenly, the scene of the driver panting and running to the office to get the invoice popped up in my mind. I was not annoyed and even ashamed, because I found my own shortcomings.

Although dealing with different customers every day is nothing more than accounts, money and tickets, I find that these things are very similar to the work of the emergency department of the hospital. We all know that the life of emergency patients is at stake. Although my work can not directly save lives, their timeliness, cooperation, randomness and even danger have many similarities.
First and foremost is the requirement of timeliness. I can't do anything beyond my working hours, because the bank won't wait for you, the finance department can't wait for you all the time, and I can't take the system home, just like emergency patients, doctors can't do anything beyond the best rescue time. But it's also a little different. You can find a leader if you don't want to ship the goods, but it's a lot of trouble to go through the first-level reporting and various special procedures.
Followed by collaborative requirements. The delivery of a car of cement requires the full cooperation of customers, marketing department, finance department and loading department from the customer's demand to the delivery of goods, and emergency assistance also requires the cooperation of hospitals, doctors and patients. Any link is missing.
The third is randomness. People who eat whole grains may get sick and go to the emergency department. On a certain day, everyone may become our customers, so patients and customers are random.
Finally, they're all dangerous. Delaying the emergency department will kill people, and delaying production without cement may also affect the interests of customers. Generally speaking, each has its own dangers.
The most important thing is that you can only find a hospital when you are sick, and patients with imperfect hospitals can only give it time to improve. However, different enterprises have rivals eyeing up. If you are not good enough, customers will not let their interests be lost in vain.
