Safety focuses on implementation

According to the new standard, Yunnan Jianfeng has updated the protective facilities at the transmission part of the equipment. Safety devices such as flue gas alarm, automatic spraying and dangerous gas detection have been installed in dangerous areas such as power room, ammonia tank area and diesel tank area. The coal system has replaced electrical equipment and facilities that do not meet the requirements of safe production. Entering the factory area, various safety signs and warning signs can be seen everywhere, each job site can see the safety warning notice and the operating rules and specifications... The enterprise has created a good safety atmosphere for us, equipped with safe and effective hardware protection measures, in the work of our employees to obey the supervision and guidance of safety management personnel, consciously abide by the operating procedures and safety management system, so that the accident without gaps.

However, no matter how good the protective measures are, no matter how complete the safety management system is, it is only futile without the careful implementation of our employees. Most of the accidents are actually caused by our unsafe behaviors. If you strictly follow the operating procedures when working, if you carefully wear labor protection measures, if you strictly implement the inspection of safety measures, if you look at the equipment identification plate and equipment status in front of the equipment, if you look at the operation screen for a few seconds and confirm several times, perhaps the accident will not happen. The realization of safe production lies in whether we have a sense of responsibility and whether we really implement the safe operation procedures. As long as we put an end to illegal operations, as long as each of our employees has a serious and responsible attitude, production safety accidents will leave us.

Safe work has only a starting point and no end. If we are engaged in the cement production industry, if we do not have the awareness of safety first, then we are not responsible for the enterprise, but also for our families and ourselves.

In March, the authoritative organization of the cement industry successively released two series of lists of China's top 500 building materials enterprises in 2022 and China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity in 2022. Jianfeng Group ranked among the "top 100" in the two lists ". The list of China's top 500 building materials enterprises was officially released in early March. This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association. Through more than 20 years of comprehensive data research on China's building materials industry, referring to international practices, the rankings are based on the company's annual operating income., Cement products, building ceramics, waterproof materials, aluminum-plastic profiles, coatings, glass, building materials equipment manufacturing and other sub-industries related to building materials. Jianfeng Group ranks 96th among the companies on the list and 27th among the cement manufacturers on the list. This series of lists is released by China Cement Network, an authoritative organization in China's cement industry. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
