Quality awareness, starting from me

# January 12 , Wang Xiizhong, director of the preparation workshop, gave special training to improve the quality awareness of the employees. He analyzed all aspects of quality awareness in simple terms from the aspects of what quality is, what quality awareness is, what products are, who should have quality awareness, where product quality comes from, and how to cultivate a positive attitude. He also analyzed the problems in production positions together with employees.

After listening to Director Wang's training, I felt deeply. I think to improve quality awareness, we must start from every employee and from me. Employees and businesses are interdependent. Product quality is an important way to build the credibility of enterprises, quality is the life of enterprises. Based on the long-term, we must enhance the quality awareness of employees; to enhance quality awareness, we must start from every employee.

To improve the quality awareness of employees, I think we should face the work with a positive attitude, work hard, consciously abide by the company's rules and regulations, and consciously abide by various operating procedures. Product quality is not only related to the quality of the company, but also related to the interests of every employee, and the details of each post operation are related to the quality of the product. The key to the quality control of pharmaceutical enterprises lies in people, and the behavior of personnel is the biggest risk factor. Only by standardizing the operation behavior of employees can we better control the quality. Employees must pay attention to personal hygiene, shower frequently, change work clothes frequently, cut nails frequently, etc. Regularly clean up the working environment and check whether there is any left over from the previous batch before production. Check the quality control points of each post to prevent unqualified products from flowing into the next process.

To improve quality awareness, we must start with me. In my packaging post, when receiving packaging materials, I should check whether the name, quantity and specifications of the received packaging materials are consistent with those on the picking list. During packaging, check whether the name and batch number of the packaged product are consistent with those on the packaging instruction list, whether the batch number of the small box used is consistent with the batch number of the product, and check whether there are any remnants after a batch of packaging; when packing, check whether each box has a corresponding packing list, check the tightness of each box packing belt, put the products in order, and put them into storage according to the receipt list in time. Only by starting from one's own post quality point all the time can we improve our quality awareness and the company's efficiency. (Hong Zhiwei)

In March, the authoritative organization of the cement industry successively released two series of lists of China's top 500 building materials enterprises in 2022 and China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity in 2022. Jianfeng Group ranked among the "top 100" in the two lists ". The list of China's top 500 building materials enterprises was officially released in early March. This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association. Through more than 20 years of comprehensive data research on China's building materials industry, referring to international practices, the rankings are based on the company's annual operating income., Cement products, building ceramics, waterproof materials, aluminum-plastic profiles, coatings, glass, building materials equipment manufacturing and other sub-industries related to building materials. Jianfeng Group ranks 96th among the companies on the list and 27th among the cement manufacturers on the list. On March 16, the awarding ceremony of 2022 China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity list was held in Hangzhou. This series of lists is released by China Cement Network, an authoritative organization in China's cement industry. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
