I entered the company in 2019 8 to participate in the preparation, mainly responsible for the information work. 2020 was the year my work gradually got on track. After the equipment debugging started, I started to design and arrange the factory network. Considering the continuity and stability required by logistics delivery, I added 2 ring lines to the original design to ensure that the network can be switched quickly to ensure the stability of delivery when a single line is broken, and the network is divided into office external network and internal internal network by marking Vlan , ensure the stability of the logistics system computer. At the same time, the intercommunication between the internal and external networks meets the needs of operation and maintenance and docking, and lays a solid foundation for the subsequent system implementation.
Later, UFIDA implementers entered the factory. My main job was to do a good job in docking the system requirements and assist them in implementing them together. As there are too many manufacturers involved in the whole packaging system, the logic of the whole packaging system is very chaotic, and it is not clear who will lead it, which seriously affects the efficiency of delivery and the control of product flow in our factory. With the help of the leaders, I learned about the implementation cases of other cement plants, found a reliable implementation unit to complete the integration of the bagging control system, and through the system logic designed by myself, I reduced the system that should be aimed at 5 lanes to the system aimed at 3 packaging machines, thus reducing the hardware cost and finally successfully going online before the agreed date, the current use effect is good, effectively improve the efficiency of shipping. However, the MES system is still a little backward, which is also the focus of my work in 2021 , and I will strive to go online as soon as possible to serve everyone.
Of course, it does not mean that only those who engage in informatization and network are innovative. We can also innovate in production and in life. A new way of ingredients, technological transformation, small inventions and small creations in production can all be innovated. If we record these innovations and declare them as our own, this is a patent. Like Yang Shuijing and Yang Sen in our large inspection team, I often see them sending out some small inventions made by themselves using the things on the spot in the group. The results are very good. These are all innovations. Including the bag control system logic I mentioned earlier, these can be patented. We should not think that patents are far away from us. They are all made by scientists and researchers. In fact, the state has attached great importance to the protection of patents and intellectual property rights. As long as you have this idea, I believe the company will give its full support and help you understand how to apply. It is not that you cannot apply, but that you dare not apply. Our brother unit Daye Peak has applied for dozens of patents this year. We have had a hard time debugging and trial production this year. Next year, our young team should learn from them. I will take the lead here and I will definitely apply for a patent for the company next year. Of course, patents are not the purpose of innovation. The purpose of innovation is to realize self-value, for the better development of the company, and I hope everyone can actively innovate.
