When the raw fuel materials entered the factory before being put into production, according to the arrangement, all our back office staff went to the weighing room to assist in weighing. At that time, the site conditions were relatively simple. There was a lot of dust on sunny days. There was no fan in the room and it was very sultry wearing a mask. Every time a large truck came with dust, the whole weighing room was covered with dust and the ears and nose were covered with mud at the end of the day. Time is tight and tasks are heavy. We often spend more than 10 hours on duty every day. At the end of January, Huang Ping Jianfeng began to sell clinker to the outside world. At that time, the NC system was not fully put into use. The on-site shipping process was complicated. Staff guidance was required for vehicles entering the factory, invoicing, weighing once, loading, weighing twice and leaving the factory. Since there is no weighbridge in the loading position, after each loading, the transportation dispatcher has to follow the truck to the weighbridge under the bulk to weigh, to see if the clinker is loaded less or more. If the clinker is loaded less, the forklift will be called to load the clinker to make up, and if the clinker is loaded more, it needs to be unloaded. At that time, the site conditions were limited, and many times it was necessary to take shovels manually on the truck and unload them one by one. For about half a month, it was often necessary to work overtime until 11 and 12 in the evening.
Remember that when the cement was first delivered, the new system was not fully put into use. Vehicle orders and weighing were all manual operations. The window of the delivery room was often crowded with people. At first, there were only two shippers, who needed to work shifts for 24 hours. The pressure was relatively high. Facing all kinds of people every day, the shippers needed to keep smiling to ensure that there were no mistakes in invoicing and patiently explanations. After the NC system was put on line, we specially made the operation process of weighbridge and business card printing machine, and recorded the demonstration video of the whole process of vehicle entering the factory, loading, weighing and leaving the factory, so as to facilitate the new drivers to understand the delivery process of Huang ping peak. However, there will also be some drivers who do not look at it, and various problems often occur when weighing and picking up the card. At this time, the shipper will also have to deal with various emergencies on the spot.
