The waste water is mainly divided into sewage from sedimentation tank and backwashing sewage from cover filter tank. The main pollutants are sediment generated by flocculation of mud contained in raw water. The sediment content of backwashing sewage from cover filter tank is low and can be flocculated again after flocculation. For this reason, Yunnan Jianfeng has reformed the wastewater treatment tank, and all the wastewater produced by backwashing is introduced into the reservoir and returned to the mixing tank for reprocessing.
At present, the device has been put into normal use. According to the calculation of each backwashing wastewater volume of about
30 m3and 3 times a day, the wastewater 90 m3 can be recovered every day, which can save the cost of nearly 200 yuan / days. It is understood that Yunnan Jianfeng is planning to build a larger reservoir, and the sewage from the sedimentation tank can be introduced into storage for greening and spraying dust in the factory area.
