Renovation of Yunnan Jianfeng Wastewater Treatment Pool

News from our newspaper Recently, Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company has reformed its wastewater treatment, adding a reservoir and a set of automatic pumping devices to the original reservoir. At the beginning of May, the waste heat power generation system conducted a comprehensive investigation on the water intake system of the whole plant, and found that a large amount of waste water generated by the pretreatment of raw water in the plant area may be recycled and reused. The waste water is mainly divided into sewage from sedimentation tank and backwashing sewage from cover filter tank. The main pollutants are sediment generated by flocculation of mud contained in raw water. The sediment content of backwashing sewage from cover filter tank is low and can be flocculated again after flocculation. For this reason, Yunnan Jianfeng has reformed the wastewater treatment tank, and all the wastewater produced by backwashing is introduced into the reservoir and returned to the mixing tank for reprocessing.

At present, the device has been put into normal use. According to the calculation of each backwashing wastewater volume of about

30 m3

and 3 times a day, the wastewater 90 m3 can be recovered every day, which can save the cost of nearly 200 yuan / days. It is understood that Yunnan Jianfeng is planning to build a larger reservoir, and the sewage from the sedimentation tank can be introduced into storage for greening and spraying dust in the factory area.
