Yunnan spike again "war" termites

Termites are common pests and diseases in humid areas of the south. They often use wood fibers, man-made fibers, plastics, wires, and even bricks, stones, metals, etc. as food, thus causing construction and power safety risks. Yunnan peak is located in the main distribution area of termites, the surrounding climate and environment are also very suitable for termite survival and reproduction, plant green areas, buried plastic cables and other places are also prone to termite disasters. In 2018 , Yunnan Jianfeng once organized a comprehensive investigation and prevention of termite hidden dangers, and achieved good control results. However, in the investigation in November this year, signs of resurgence were found. Many trees on the slope of the road where raw materials entered the factory were eaten by termites, and 12 ant nests of different sizes were also found. 4 to 6 is the breeding season of termite colony, and it is also the most effective period to kill termites. Therefore, Yunnan Jianfeng has carried out termite control work in a targeted manner.

2018 , the termite control and elimination scope has expanded from factory area and living area buildings to green area and factory slope. The key point of killing is to find and kill the ant nest, and carry out pest control from the source. The main measures taken are to spray bifenthrin suspension agent to kill larvae in the green belt, slope and other easy breeding areas, and to put chemicals to trap and kill adult insects in the construction area. The combination of internal and external prevention and control means makes pest killing more thoroughly, thus reducing the risk of termite infestation in the factory buildings. (Chen Shiye)

The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022.
