My first experience of drinking Pu'er was not very good. It was not long after I arrived in Pu'er, and my colleague Su took me to get familiar with all the places in Simao City where I had to run business. At the tax bureau, the administrator in charge of our company made us a pot of tea. when I took the cup, I only felt a musty smell coming. the maroon soup was like medicine, giving people a bitter visual impact. Glancing at Sue, who was sitting next to him, he was slowly savoring his teacup with ease. I was curious about the taste of this tea, so I took a sip of it. I suddenly felt so astringent that my scalp was numb, and I was embarrassed to spit it out, so I swallowed it. It may be that the intestines and stomach could not accept its ferocity. That night, they had a tummy and ran to the toilet several times.
The next day I learned that Pu 'er was divided into raw Pu and cooked Pu. I drank raw Pu that day. Most people cannot accept the first contact with Shengpu. Ripe is much softer than it is. Later, after drinking cooked Pu for several times, the mellow and honest aroma slowly rose up. I fell in love with this tea called Pu 'er tea almost instantly.
There was a tea cake in the mid-autumn moon cake gift box the year before last. The tea cake was surprisingly hard. I tried to break it with my hands, but only some crumbs were wiped off. Finally, it was on the corner of the table that a small piece was separated. It was the first time I made Pu'er tea. I learned what I saw before. I washed the tea to remove the dregs, and then made the tea with boiling water. I learned a little bit, but the result was not satisfactory. Perhaps it is the reason for the hot water in the water dispenser, or the separation of the tea soup is slow, and the tea soup is not meaningful, with turbid gas, which damages the true taste. I want to boil fresh soup in the future, and I can also make that cake Pu 'er tea lively and fragrant.
Su didn't like drinking tea before he came to Yunnan, but now he must make a pot of Pu 'er tea every day. He said that Pu'er is full of affection and friendship. It is still kind and clear on the inside and out, which makes people addicted unconsciously. They slowly let you iron the post and become your own hermit in the fragrant tea soup.
If green tea can make people drink bright, black tea can make people drink warm, and oolong tea can make people drink wise, then I think Pu 'er tea can definitely make people drink thick. People's life should be more and more thick! The little bit of suffering, the shocking charm step by step, and the deep loneliness all need a cup of Pu'er in hand.
