Although I graduated from pharmacy, my professional knowledge has been much rusty for many years, and I have never been involved in pharmacy work. With the progress of the times, people's requirements for health are getting higher and higher, and consumers need more humane and professional services. This is a challenge for me. At the beginning of my employment, I could only do some work such as cleaning and sorting shelves. I was extremely envious to see my colleagues busy receiving customers. Until one day, my colleagues were too busy to help me receive a female customer. Under my introduction, this customer bought a bottle of "soybean phospholipid " while buying medicine. And I got a sincere smile, which gave me a special sense of accomplishment.

Every time I am a little idle, my colleagues will share their sales experience with me, and teach me how to find out the purchase intention of customers in asking questions, and recommend combined drugs while answering customers' questions. Teach me how to maintain old customers and gain the trust of customers ... In this way, the help and encouragement of my colleagues doubled my confidence, I entered the brand-new "Battle " mode, and my weight also dropped from 160 kg to 140 kg. My friends who haven't seen me for a month or two all ask ", why have you lost weight and become refreshed " . I answer them every time: "because I have a fulfilling life at the peak. "

I feel proud and proud to see the big pharmacy continue to grow. My post is ordinary, but I will try my best to accept every job and try my best to complete every task.
