Before the winter vacation, the science teacher sent us the seeds of various plants. What I sent was a melon seed. I thought to myself, what can this plant produce? I took the seeds home while thinking.

When I got home, I carefully inserted half of the seeds into the soil. When my mother came home, she looked at them and said with a smile: "You should bury all the seeds into the soil to germinate. " After listening to my mother's words, I buried all the seeds.

After several days, I left and right and so on, staring at it for a long time every day, it still did not sprout, I will water it, loosen the soil ... Looking forward to its early germination.

A few days later, a small green bud finally appeared in the flowerpot. There is also a thick thing on its slender bud. I took a closer look and found that this is the melon seed I planted. It is sunflower!

So day by day, I water it every day, sun, every day in the observation. I found that it is the sun's little sidekick. In the morning, when the sun is in the east, the sunflower seems to be running hard to the east, just like an athlete running in a race. At noon, the sun is directly above, and the sunflower stands upright in the soil, motionless, like a thick tree. In the afternoon, the sun in the west, sunflowers have been staring at the sun, like watching a play.

Every day, it is like this, racing against the sun, straight, watching the theater ...

More than ten days have passed, and finally, the sunflowers I planted have bright yellow flowers, I think we will have melon seeds to eat in the future! (Feng Yujun)
