2021 Spring Festival is of great significance to me. In the cold window of 20 , I will finally enter the society in 2020 , join Jianfeng Group and set foot on my job.
The first Spring Festival of official work is very different from previous years. During the days of studying, the winter vacation lasting more than a month is leisurely. There are only seven days left in the Spring Festival holiday after work, and the days at home become precious. When I was in college, my suitcase was full of dirty clothes for my mother to wash. This year, my suitcase was a specialty of Jinhua and Huangshi. I was looking forward to sharing the joy of working and earning money with my family. During the Spring Festival holiday on campus, games, variety shows and one reunion after another are indispensable. This year, I seem to have some work pressure and want to spend more time on reading and thinking.
These changes are not deliberate, but more imperceptibly become habits. When I first stepped into the Peak Building a year ago, how could I know that I had really grown up a year later. Looking back on the first year of work, according to the company's arrangement, I went to Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Factory, Jianfeng Health and Daye Jianfeng for internships, and was familiar with the organizational structure and management mode of the group and its subsidiaries. During this time, I met "Spike Man " in different positions.
In the Engineering Security Department of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, colleague Zhu Guoping continuously debugged the frequency conversion fan of the cool warehouse at a high temperature close to 40 degrees. In order to solve technical problems, he often used the off-duty time to consult data and study hard without complaint. My sisters, aunts and uncles in the peak health care product workshop are often busy sweating in the cold autumn. In order to save production time, it is a luxury to drink a mouthful of water. Master Hu Changwei of the inspection team of Daye Peak Manufacturing Department patiently explained to me the knowledge of cement kilns and the cement production technology of the whole plant. As far as I know, Master Hu, who is old enough to be my father, has silently devoted 12 years to this ordinary post, even on New Year's Eve, and has been fighting in the front line of production. These lovely peak predecessors not only taught me knowledge and skills, but also made me realize the valuable qualities of peak people.
What I feel most deeply is that the peak people have the courage to cut through difficulties and innovate. Whether it is 1958 when our old predecessors set up Jinhua Cement Factory in the Temple of the Wise, or when the new era peak people went to Daye in Hubei, Pu'er in Yunnan and Huangping in Guizhou to set up cement production enterprises, the peak people did not fear hardship in material conditions, seized new opportunities in hills and slopes, dared to try and overcome difficulties.
Then there is dedication and dedication. Colleagues in the pharmaceutical factory have to drive 30 kilometers to and from work every day, and the one-way journey takes 90 minutes. The daily work starts from the factory car. In order to catch up with the construction period, it is common for the healthy production and packaging workshop to work overtime, and it is their motto to keep orders with sweat. The inspection team of cement enterprises, regardless of severe cold and heat, regular inspection throughout the year 365 days, the inspection colleagues who are over 50 years old work shifts day and night, working for 12 hours, and do not eat and turn around in case of emergency repair tasks.
Such touching stories are by no means unique in the subsidiaries of Jianfeng. Influenced by their spirit and quality, I have undergone a transformation when I am about to grow up to be one year old, and I welcome the new year with high morale. At the beginning of this new year, I would like to say thank you to all the teachers, leaders and colleagues who have taught me and will teach me! I wish Jianfeng Group and all Jianfeng people a new atmosphere in the New Year, by going up one storey!

The company's vocational skill level self-identification training began.
After preparing the handout materials and question bank for the previous stage of vocational skill grade identification training, daye peak cement company conducted the vocational skill grade identification training for the machine repair team of the manufacturing department on August 10. On August 12 and 18, the pharmaceutical company also organized two phases of vocational skill level identification training for pharmaceutical preparation workers. According to the national skill level standard, the group company is divided into four grades: grade 5/junior worker, grade 4/intermediate worker, grade 3/senior worker and grade 2/technician. According to the analysis of employee registration, since there is only one type of job for pharmaceutical preparation workers, and cement production workers include cement central controller, cement quality inspector, cement clinker calciner, cement manufacturer, cement production inspection worker and other types of jobs, the number of applicants is less than that of cement production workers. Most of the employees who signed up were identified as participating in the four levels of vocational skills. According to preliminary statistics, there are now 155 employees who have signed up for their professional skill level, including 47 pharmaceutical preparation workers and 108 cement production workers. The human resources department of the group company is stepping up efforts to organize personnel to examine the qualifications of the employees whose registration grades are identified, and then enter the Zhejiang professional ability integration platform for formal registration after passing the examination. According to the national vocational skill standards and other content, each unit carries out targeted training for employees who participate in the independent identification of vocational skill levels. The training is conducted through on-site teaching, online teaching, and learning platform question bank exercises. After the training, the group company will organize the employees who participate in the grade identification to carry out examination and assessment, and those who pass the examination will complete the grade identification and issue the skill grade certificate. It is understood that in order to ensure the quality of vocational skill level identification, after the company was approved to independently identify the vocational skill level, the human resources department of the group organized all units to compile the question bank for various types of work in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise and with reference to the national vocational skill standards and training syllabus and other materials. after classification, unification and standardization, verification and proofreading, the preparation of the question bank has been basically completed. After being submitted to the superior unit for examination and approval, the company will import the question bank on the enterprise university platform to facilitate employees to prepare for the examination. The question bank for the independent identification of vocational skills level will also be extracted from the question banks of various industries, including professional ethics, basic knowledge, safety and environmental protection knowledge, laws and regulations knowledge, professional work practice and other national vocational skills standards. Basic requirements. The examination and assessment for independent determination of vocational skill level is tentatively scheduled for mid-September.
