Looking back on this year's work, it was busy and full of challenges. The preparation workshop concentrates on the production of multiple products, especially when the eye drops / ear liquid line and the API production line are produced at the same time, the time is tight and the production task is heavy. As a craftsman, on-site inspection and supervision are under great pressure. I reasonably allocated time and completed various process control to ensure the smooth progress of production tasks.

This year, in addition to completing the production tasks, the workshop also carried out a number of technological innovation and transformation projects. In the artificial bezoar technological transformation project, I participated in the transformation of the condensate collection device of the vacuum pipeline of the drying equipment, the on-site inspection of the manufacturer of the ultrasonic oscillating screen and the equipment selection, and improved the efficiency of drying and sieving. The sieving time was reduced from 14 hours per batch to 3 hours, and ensured that the sieving and the next batch of feeding could be completed in one shift, thus improving the production efficiency and reducing the production cost, shorten the production cycle. In the technical renovation project of the water for injection system pipeline and the liquid distribution system of the eye drop line, I worked overtime to debug and optimize the program for many times according to the production process of the product, and repeatedly tested and confirmed each key parameter. In the process, many deficiencies were found in the program, such as the problem that the bottom valve of the liquid storage tank was not opened and the liquid medicine could not be delivered to the production line under the automatic medicine delivery program of the liquid distribution system, timely report to the leaders and conduct feedback communication with factory engineers on site, and remove the problems and defects one by one until the production requirements are met. In the new project of ethylene oxide sterilization process, I was responsible for the debugging and optimization of the equipment and the technical exchange with the engineers of the manufacturer. In the follow-up verification work, I was responsible for the drafting of the verification scheme, the development of the verification work and the deployment of personnel, and successfully completed the relevant verification work to ensure that the production tasks were carried out on time. In the consistency evaluation of sodium hyaluronate eye drops and the trial production of tamoxifin eye drops and moxifloxacin hydrochloride eye drops, I participated in the whole process from the first draft of the research plan to the formation of standard documents conforming to pharmaceutical companies. I also participated in the whole process to guide the operation feasibility of the process flow, the conformity of equipment and technology, the rationality of sampling, and actively participated in the analysis and discussion of abnormal conditions, my opinions and ideas were given and adopted, the problems were solved in time, and the verification batch production of consistency evaluation and the trial production of new products were successfully completed.

Peak Pharmaceutical Becomes National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise

Just one year after it was identified as a national intellectual property advantage enterprise in 2016, "Zhejiang Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd." appeared in the list of national intellectual property demonstration enterprises in 2017 recently announced by the State Intellectual Property Office. As a result, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical has become the first and only national intellectual property demonstration enterprise in Jinhua City. Peak natural products pollution control results by the industry attention

On October 26 and 27, at the 2017 Forum on improving the international competitiveness of China's plant extract industry held in Handan City, Hebei Province, Liu Dan, general manager of the company, delivered a speech entitled "prevention and control of water pollution in the field of plant extraction", introducing the successful experience of sewage treatment in the past five years, which was widely concerned by the participants. In recent years, environmental protection and ecology have become hot words for the development of enterprises and society. Due to the particularity of the plant extraction industry, pollution control in this industry has different characteristics and requirements from ordinary production enterprises. For example, sewage presents higher chroma, extremely low PH value, more suspended solids, high salinity, high concentration of COD, and different sewage water quality of different products. As the earliest enterprise producing opc grape seed extract in China, Natural Products Company has always attached great importance to the pollution control of plant extraction. For example, in the sewage treatment upgrading project implemented in 2016, ozone oxidation and biochemical methods were adopted to remove the remaining organic pollutants, increasing the sewage treatment capacity from 200 cubic meters per day to 500 cubic meters. The latest anaerobic sewage treatment technology is adopted, the COD emission value of the outlet is reduced to 60 mg per liter, which is far lower than the national first-class emission standard of 100 mg per liter. The new system adopts advanced oxidation reaction tower, ozonation method, field energy reactor and sludge adsorption reflux technology, which can quickly and efficiently treat organic pollutants with strong chemical stability without adding any chemicals.
