The maintenance force and technical force were very weak, increasing the difficulty of emergency repair. In particular, the technical requirements for the scraping of copper tiles are higher, which is directly related to the subsequent stable operation, and fewer people understand this technology. At this difficult time, Tan Guojian organized all the machine repair forces to personally guide the emergency repair work on the spot. Three meals a day were spent at the maintenance site.
