Daye Peak has been operating at power frequency since the packaging air compressor station was built to meet the full load of the packaging. However, it was found that compressed air would be wasted when the packaging was not operating at full load. For this reason, Daye Peak has modified the control mode of the air compressor. Using the idle frequency conversion cabinet of the grate cooler, the "power frequency " control is changed to "frequency conversion " control. At the same time, a pressure transmitter is installed to transmit the pressure signal into the frequency converter to adjust the operation of the air compressor to meet the packaging gas demand. The putting into use of this technological transformation has reduced the operating current of the air compressor by 10% , eliminated the waste of compressed air, and achieved the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.
