At the same time, last year, in order to revitalize the province's economy, effectively reduce the burden on enterprises, encourage enterprise users to move peaks and fill valleys, and optimize the mode of electricity consumption, the Hubei Provincial Development and Reform Commission reclassified the time-of-use electricity price, I .e. peak section, peak section, flat section and valley section. At the same time, in order to connect with electricity trading, the current large-scale industrial electricity price was also adjusted, the comprehensive electricity price (including over-network fee, line loss and national levy) is reduced by 0.005 yuan /kwh .
