In Huizhou, there is a saying that "after Laba is the year. Since Laba Day, the prelude to the Spring Festival, families are busy killing pigs and preparing New Year's goods. They invite each other to eat "pig killing rice", rice dumplings wrapped in glutinous rice, fried pines, rice dumplings, steamed cakes, fried peanuts, frozen rice candy, sesame candy ......
