Assist in the laboratory pilot verification of immobilized enzyme for M255 project, and pilot test of nitrification reaction pipeline for M58 project in KG laboratory, each step of moxifloxacin hydrochloride project includes small test, pilot test preparation and three batches of process verification. Optimize M255 alkalization process and replace methanol with water for reaction. According to the analysis of the current pilot test in KG laboratory, the reaction time is shortened from 18 hours to 2 hours.
