On January 30, Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company completed the acceptance of the technical renovation of the 1# Roller Press Hydraulic System and put it into operation. This is also the first technical renovation project completed by Yunnan Jianfeng in 2021.
At present, the operation capacity of Yunnan Peak Mill is larger than the design capacity, the operation condition is unstable, and the phenomenon of jump stop and large roller will occur, which will have a great impact on the reducer and affect the normal operation and civilized hygiene. In this hydraulic system control reform, on the basis of the original hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic oil station is added and the control system is reformed. The two modes of constant pressure operation and constant roller gap operation can be switched, which can avoid jumping and stopping caused by unstable working conditions and roller deviation. Through the actual operation observation, the stability of the operating conditions after the transformation is better than the original, and the improvement treatment and effect have yet to be explored and verified.
