On January 26, Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company held a staff symposium to welcome the Spring Festival in 2021. More than 30 staff representatives, including Party members, retired employees, trade unions, women workers, youth members and middle-level employees, had face-to-face communication with Yunnan Jianfeng management team. At the
symposium, all employee representatives expressed their opinions and spoke freely, and felt happy to overcome various difficulties and win. They also exchanged views with the team members on the most concerned issues such as enterprise safety production, employee welfare, difficulties encountered in work, training and learning, enriching employees' spare time cultural life, dust control cost control, labor protection articles, and so on. The team members at the meeting answered the questions and suggestions put forward by the employees one by one.
Fang Xuhua, secretary of Yunnan Jianfeng Party Branch, gave a brief introduction to the achievements, opportunities and challenges in 2020, and said that the problems raised by the staff representatives will be summarized and sorted out by the General Department after the meeting.
