When she was opening up the market and looking for customers, she often encountered sales obstacles, was turned away, sat on the bench, and left her hometown alone, so that she often cried secretly at night alone. In 2005, the cable company successfully entered the Weinan radio and television network transformation and expansion project, a key project of Shaanxi radio and television network investment, and successfully won all the digital cable business and 5 million coaxial cable project, which laid a solid and favorable foundation for further consolidating the Shaanxi market and covering the northwest market.

With the progress of the times, the traditional cable market has shrunk, but Lu Ying has always stuck to his marketing position, working hard, diligently, actively exploring the market and looking for new customers. In 2020, under the leadership of Lu Ying, head of sales in the marketing department, the entire marketing team of the cable company took advantage of the opportunity of outsourced processing to take advantage of the large number of cables, so that annual sales reached 68.41 million and sales reached a new level. Among them, 62 new customers were developed, and the sales of new customers reached 9.65 million yuan, successfully completing various indicators. Lu Ying smiled and said to me that her working career had come to a successful end.

When I saw her driving in the distance, the unease and panic in my heart dissipated and replaced by excitement and joy.

In her heart, Lu Ying is a person with a lively personality, strong sales ability, and good at words. Especially when communicating with customers, Lu Ying can always deal with it freely and answer all kinds of questions raised by customers professionally. One of the things that touched Gan Ting the most was that in March last year, her left foot was fractured and she was unable to move. Lu Ying took the initiative to help her deliver lunch until her feet could walk independently. She was moved without complaint.
