After the training time is determined, the next step is to determine the training instructor. When Guo Zhijian came to the stage to give a lecture, he felt completely different from his usual. He wore a pair of glasses and spoke clearly and loudly. I remember when he finished speaking, I saw sweat on his forehead. I asked him curiously why. He said that he was a little nervous and worried that he could not speak well, but the result went smoothly, which gave him great encouragement and confidence.
