In the early stage of the training, Qian Fang, deputy manager of the comprehensive finance department of the cable company, began to arrange the three-phase training course schedule after understanding the detailed operation. After the training, he also encountered many difficulties. Training content, time arrangement, training lecturer candidates, these work need to be arranged and implemented in advance. At the same time, the training should take into account the production and operation. Qian Fang communicated with the person in charge of the workshop at the first time to ensure that the training time was reasonably arranged without delaying the normal delivery. In addition to the arrangement of course content and time and the determination of lecturer candidates, there are many follow-up work for each skill training. Printing and distributing examination papers, counting scores, issuing qualification certificates after passing the scores, uploading all shooting videos, and finally printing out all course schedules, trainers' sign-in forms and trainers' performance summaries and posting them on the bulletin board for publicity. Qian Fang basically did all these follow-up work by himself. During that time, I could often see her working overtime in the office, but she had no complaints.
After the training time is determined, the next step is to determine the training instructor. The average age of the employees of the cable company is about 40 years old, and the education level is not high, and there are few college and above personnel. Therefore, it is difficult for the cable company to determine the training lecturer, which is also a challenge. However, the cable company is united, exerting their wisdom and insights, relying on the existing teachers, especially the middle-level cadres, volunteered to actively participate in each training. Guo Zhijian, director of the workshop, had almost no experience of speaking on stage before. At ordinary times, he gave people the feeling of talking little, quiet and working in obscurity. This is the first time in his life that he is a lecturer in safety skills upgrading training, which makes him full of emotion. He said that his educational background is not high, he basically deals with machines and seldom communicates with people, but this time the company needs lecturers, and he feels that he needs to make his own contribution to the company, so he signed up for the training lecturer with the idea of giving it a try. When Guo Zhijian came to the stage to give a lecture, he felt completely different from his usual. He wore a pair of glasses and spoke clearly and loudly. I remember when he finished speaking, I saw sweat on his forehead. I asked him curiously why. He said that he was a little nervous and worried that he could not speak well, but the result went smoothly, which gave him great encouragement and confidence. Yes, every time we come to power, we need courage and self-confidence. As long as we surpass ourselves, we are all big winners.
In addition to the courage of middle-level cadres, other front-line employees also paid a lot for this training. Workshop Statistics Ni Xiaoling is mainly responsible for the shooting of the third phase of training. As for the quality of the video, she will strictly control it. If she feels that she has not taken it well, she will take it again until she is satisfied. Sometimes her eyes will feel uncomfortable after shooting for a long time, but she still insists because she feels that if she wants to do it, she must do it well. Every time they arrive at the training time, the employees will also observe discipline, sit in their positions in order, listen carefully to the training content of each time, and the response of each training is very good. The contents of these three periods of skill upgrading are all related to the work, which can enable employees to deepen their theoretical knowledge, better connect with practical work, and generate more benefits for cable companies.
