Some time ago, I received an audit assignment, and Jin Jinlin from the QA Management Section went to Hubei to audit two suppliers. According to the production plan of the workshop, we have arranged the schedule for December 14-18.
At the first supplier, we examined the case of a partially PTFE-coated halogenated butyl rubber stopper (G20-D1c bromide) for freeze-dried injection. The company completed the site relocation in the first half of this year. We first checked the production site and QC laboratory, and then checked the relevant documents, changes and deviations and related production records. The new factory has invested more than 300 million yuan in the production of rubber plugs, installed fully automated mechanical production equipment, and became the first person to "eat crabs" in the rubber plug industry in the country. According to reports, after the automation of the factory, the production capacity will be expanded while the personnel will be halved.
We also saw at the scene that the operators only did some auxiliary work, realizing the whole process of electronic labeling, location, handover and circulation, and finally the finished products were put into storage, greatly reducing the deviation caused by human beings. The factory now has 8 production lines to realize automatic production, and then a total of 17 production lines will be gradually realized. After watching the production site, I have a certain understanding of the entire life cycle of the rubber plug, filling the gap in the knowledge of the use of the rubber plug in the work. This company gave me the deepest feeling that the first person to "eat crabs" has both risks and opportunities. Reflect on yourself, in the future work, but also through a variety of learning, break the routine, looking for breakthroughs, improve the quality of work.
The second supplier, we inspected the relevant situation of taurine, and the audit process also looked at the production site first, then the relevant documents, etc. This factory only produces one product of taurine. We checked the whole cycle site from the initial material receipt to the final finished product packaging storage according to the production sequence. Walking into the synthetic production plant, the first thing you feel is the visual impact. Different material storage tanks and pipes are painted with different colors, and the area is clearly divided, giving people a feeling of simplifying complexity. The materials in the whole production process are transferred through the equipment pipeline, which reduces the dust production and the environment in the whole production area is clean and tidy. When looking at the deviation record, we found that one deviation occurred in the outer package. After the production on duty, when counting the ties used for tying the mouth, we found that one was missing, and the deviation was investigated around the number of ties used. As the saying goes, production is no small matter, which is probably the case.
When we were about to leave after the audit, we heard about something that had just happened in the production plant, which impressed us. The security officer of the factory ran into a supplier in the factory and asked him, "Do you have a cigarette?" The supplier replied "Yes" and took the cigarette out. The supplier was fined 1000 yuan for a casual question and answer and a subconscious action. The reason is that the production plant not only can not smoke, smoke can not be carried in. This shows us that the manufacturer attaches great importance to safety, not only in the system, but also in action to let everyone remember the safety rules and abide by them.
