"Lao Bi" and his person
"Lao Bi" is our honorific name for Bi Zhongchun, who is the equipment supervisor of the grinding and packaging system of Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company. Last year, it was rated as the outstanding employee of 2019 by the group company.
He is about 1.7 meters tall, thin, and the sparse stubble on the melon seed's face is the same as the hair on his head-it covers a large area but few are sparse. His eyes are bright, revealing that he is lean and stable. He has always walked as fast as flying, with strong signs, making people recognize him from afar.
Lao bi, born in 1975 , had already worked in its predecessor relay cement before the construction of Yunnan peak. the local people called him bi si, while the people in the team called him "fourth brother". Every day at work, Lao bi will come to the factory early to learn about the production and equipment operation, arrange work tasks in combination with the daily maintenance plan, and then go to the canteen to eat breakfast. His breakfast every day is basically rice noodles, and I think so. Yunnan people, rice noodles are the lifeblood, and they are indispensable every day. Lao Bi went to the workshop after eating breakfast. He worked very hard. At the inspection site, every process, which materials, methods and requirements were used. He explained everything clearly and clearly. When there was not enough manpower, he went directly to the top with gloves. Even if it is more flowering, he will strictly control the progress of each work according to the requirements, without procrastination or perfunctory. He is in one project, and he is still in when you go to another maintenance project. He can't fly or escape. He only relies on one piece to grasp the two steps of the handrail stairs and form the first step. It is precisely this kind of hard work that makes the workshop equipment run smoothly and steadily, and the operation rate rises in a straight line.
Old Bi's computer foundation is not very good. In his pocket, there are always small notebooks and notepens. When the drawer is opened, a pile of notebooks is neat, recording the spare parts model, inspection and maintenance cycle, etc. He uses the old method to sort out the equipment management data while learning to operate the computer. Loving learning and being good at accepting new things and new methods is another advantage of Lao Bi.
Old Bi is still a serious person. I remember that due to unreasonable air volume collection, either the air volume is small and the iron slag is dusty, or the air volume is large and the slag is not discharged. The position of the air duct cannot be moved once or twice. The problem was not completely solved until the third time, and the problem had to be climbed to the top of the warehouse before each adjustment. Finally, after a lot of observation, verification and measurement, the mineral powder iron slag particles are less, and the equipment failure is also reduced sharply. Of course, this is only one of the hundreds of optimization and renovation of workshops, large and small, in which Lao Bi participated.
Old Bi usually doesn't talk much, but he is by no means introverted. He has an excellent temper and personality, so everyone is willing to get along with him and joke. His lover also works in Yunnan Jianfeng. The couple always sit at the same table and eat delicious food facing "you and me" at lunch breakfast. After work, they often see the couple go out for walks and activities. They have a very good relationship and are recognized as model couples.

The latest anaerobic sewage treatment technology is adopted, the COD emission value of the outlet is reduced to 60 mg per liter, which is far lower than the national first-class emission standard of 100 mg per liter. The new system adopts advanced oxidation reaction tower, ozonation method, field energy reactor and sludge adsorption reflux technology, which can quickly and efficiently treat organic pollutants with strong chemical stability without adding any chemicals.
