This visit also marks the official start of the transformation project of the steam and water intelligent management system of Daye peak waste heat power generation.
Daye Peak Waste Heat Power Generation Steam and Water Detection Currently uses manual sampling and manual analysis. At the same time, water quality adjustment and dosing are also carried out manually, resulting in low detection efficiency and more labor. In order to improve work efficiency, reduce labor, and realize the automation of soda water detection and processing is imperative. After on-site inspection and communication with technical personnel, the inspectors have a deep understanding of the installation, operation and maintenance, and the use effect of the system, which provides reference for the later transformation. Subsequently, Daye Peak will complete the scheme design and bidding work, which is planned to be officially implemented during the Spring Festival overhaul. After the completion of the technical reform, not only can the quality of steam and water and boiler water be monitored on-line, according to the monitoring parameters and dosing pump linkage to achieve automatic dosing, but also to achieve sample water recovery, the use of closed cooling system, reduce sewage, reduce system media loss.
