My second hometown

Where are you from?

I used to think this was a good question to answer. When I was in primary school and junior high school, I said that I was from former Wu Township; when I was Senior high school in Jinhua, I said that I was from Pujiang; when I got to the university, I said that I was from Pujiang. When someone asked where Pujiang was, I would also say that I was from Jinhua. In 2007, due to the business needs of the group company, I came to Tianjin. At this time, I would say that I am from Zhejiang. where in zhejiang? zhejiang jinhua, jinhua ham that jinhua. Now, when I was asked this question in the field, the answer came to my lips, but I couldn't say it for sure. I have been away from home for more than ten years, and now I have a family and settled in Tianjin Binhai New Area, am I still from Zhejiang?

More than ten years ago, I, who had never been out of Zhejiang Province as a child, came to Tianjin on a bumpy green car for more than 20 hours. The strong ancient architectural style on the platform of the old Tianjin West Railway Station tells me that this should be a city with a story. When I got out of the railway station, I took a xiali taxi with 0.8 displacement and no air conditioner. I shook down the glass window with a rocker to breathe air. I was blown back by the wind and sand on my face. looking at the short and dilapidated buildings everywhere, I once doubted whether I got off the wrong station. why is this municipality not as good as Jinhua? The first time I set foot on the Jinbin Light Rail and came to the TEDA Development Zone, I finally felt like a big city. After all, there was no subway in Zhejiang at that time.

all say "Tianjin in modern China", which can also show that Tianjin is a young city. Tianjin was officially built during the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty. After Xianfeng of the Qing Dynasty was opened up as a commercial coast, it faced the gunfire of the foreign powers and had many concessions, creating a city style that was a combination of Chinese and Western and compatible with ancient and modern times.

Tianjin is both an open and conservative city. Tianjin Port is the largest port in northern China and undertakes most of the import and export shipping tasks in northern China; Tianjin Binhai International Airport is a 4E-class airport, which plays an important role in the diversion of Beijing Capital Airport; there are 7 high-speed rail stations in Tianjin. It is a city that uses high-speed rail for local railways. Tianjin is located in the Yellow River Basin and has been the Acropolis of Beijing since ancient times. It has a strong traditional cultural atmosphere. Traditional arts such as Tianjin Allegro and crosstalk spread far-reaching. Handicraft works such as clay figurine Zhang and Yangliuqing New Year pictures are even more famous at home and abroad. Tianjin also has many snacks, such as 18th Street twist, Goubuli steamed stuffed bun, ear eye fried cake, pancake fruit and so on. Tianjin people also have a lot of etiquette. They entertain guests and have a full sense of wedding and funeral ceremonies. When I first arrived, I was jokingly called Nanman Zi because I was more casual.

Over the past ten years, I have experienced sandstorms full of yellow sand, smog without blue sky, lazy sea breeze on seaside beaches, and beautiful mountains of "why go down to the south of the Yangtze River. The development of Tianjin can be described as changing with each passing day. From the beginning, it seemed not as good as a third-tier city, and now it has rapidly developed into a first-tier international metropolis. However, since the August 12 Tianjin Port explosion, the development has begun to slow down, and some large enterprises have moved out of Tianjin. I don't know why.

Tianjin has enabled me to have a career and survive. Tianjin has enabled me to have love and have a family. Tianjin, whether poor or rich, whether depressed or prosperous, is the city where I have spent my 1/3 in my life. I have already integrated into Tianjin. Tianjin is my second hometown. (Xu Yiming)
