In order to further improve the actual combat capability of emergency response to hazardous chemicals leakage accidents, Anhui New Peak North Carolina Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. launched triethylamine leakage emergency rescue exercise on the morning of December 15.
This exercise simulated the situation that triethylamine leaked due to the loosening of the sealing screw of the reactor mixer in the production workshop, the smoke spread around, the spread speed was fast, and poisoned personnel were trapped in the workshop. After the "accident" occurred, New Peak North Carolina immediately organized a reconnaissance team to understand the situation. After determining the leak site, it quickly pulled off the alert evacuation personnel and handled them according to the procedures of "alert evacuation, safety protection, dilution and poison reduction, valve closure and leakage plugging, decontamination.
