production operation procedures was given by Wang Debo, assistant to the general manager of the cable company. The training included Nanyang high-speed braiding machine, middle drawing machine, wire binding machine, annealing machine, Φ 1600 winding, Φ 2500 winding, dryer, sheathing machine and other equipment and the operation procedures of extrusion tandem production line, as well as the use and maintenance of M25-120 cold splicing tongs. Through training to improve the theoretical level of employees, so that employees can better apply to practical work. The

extrusion process knowledge training is delivered by Lu Chaofang, manager of the technical and quality department of the cable company. The content includes conductor, plastic, extrusion package, basic composition structure of extrusion production line, operation points of various parts of extruder, plastic extrusion process, die, extrusion operation method, extrusion quality control, etc. It effectively strengthens employees' understanding and mastery of extrusion process knowledge and is also conducive to improving employees' operation skills.
