Daye peak 5000T/D clinker production line production circulating water pipe network due to foundation and infrastructure construction and other reasons, many production water pipe damage, with the increase of use time, damage frequency increases, affecting the normal operation of the kiln system. In order to effectively solve the impact of the production water pipe breakage on the kiln system, Daye Peak has reformed the water pipe of the kiln system. From the clinker warehouse to the west side of the central control building, the central control building to the kiln head coal mill system, the production water pipe from the central control building to the kiln tail pipe in the kiln is replaced with seamless steel pipe, which is laid from the ground and the air, and valve control is installed in the subsystem.
The completion of this technological transformation not only avoids the impact of the damage of the production water pipe on the kiln system, but also adjusts the water flow of each system by installing valves in the sub-system, makes rational use of the production circulating water, avoids the high temperature phenomenon of some equipment, reduces the power consumption of the production water pump, and facilitates the inspection of employees.
