The newly issued "Code for the Management of Bidding for Infrastructure Projects" mainly includes general principles, preparation before bidding, preparation and announcement of bidding documents, preliminary qualification examination and feedback, bid evaluation committee, bid evaluation methods, bid opening and evaluation, bid selection, contract award, etc. The main issues involved in the bidding process of infrastructure projects are systematically sorted out and stipulated.
