Marathon Initial Experience
All say that life is like a marathon, so why don't you run one. So I started my first marathon journey in my hometown-the "saucer in saucer cup" Kaihua Qianjiangyuan National Park marathon, which challenged the women's half marathon. The first time to participate in the marathon, there are too many feelings in the heart.
Running is a nightmare for me. When I was in school, I was either the penultimate or the penultimate. I failed 400 meters in junior high school and 800 meters in senior high school. So why did I run a marathon? That had to start in August of that year.
Everyone has a love of beauty. I suddenly remembered to lose weight, so I started running with my legs, so I often went to the gym to practice treadmills. In September, I took part in a marathon, running 9 kilometers a day for 8 consecutive days. On the third day, I wanted to give up. I was really tired. I had never run such a long distance. But at the same time, I felt that I had been running for three days, so I insisted on it, so I ran through the 8 days with the belief that "everyone is here.
After this activity, I gradually developed the habit of running. If I don't run for a few days, I feel uncomfortable all over. I often run for more than 10 kilometers. I often run at night by the river. I watched a lot of night scenes on both sides of the Wujiang River. I occasionally ran in the morning to see the sunrise. In this way, I fell in love with running. In October, I saw a marathon registration, and it happened to be in my hometown, and suddenly I had the urge to sign up. But when I really wanted to sign up for payment, I hesitated again. The distance of the half marathon was 21.0975 kilometers, which was a very long distance for me, and I retreated in my heart. Colleagues encouraged me to say that if I don't try, I'll reach the finish line if I can't run, so I made a name with uneasy intelligence.
After signing up, I will run more diligently and ask experienced people for training methods and precautions. I thought that running a marathon was just relying on endurance to run for several hours, but this is not the case. Marathon contains scientific laws, including active stretching before running, warm-up at the beginning, rhythm during running, cold body at the end of running, static stretching after running, etc. On the eve of the
competition, all kinds of short messages remind me warmly. I check the weather forecast every day, hoping to have a good weather, and finally understand that there are unexpected events. The day before the competition, it began to rain in the evening. Before going to bed at night, I looked out of the window and said to myself, "God, don't rain tomorrow, please. Due to the first time to participate in the competition, the tension before the competition, apprehension and other psychological activities are reflected incisively and vividly in me. When I woke up and looked at my mobile phone, it was only half past two o'clock. It was still raining outside the window, so I listened to the rain all night. Get up at six in the morning, change into sports equipment, holding an umbrella out of the door.
After the security check, I came to the half-horse assembly point and began to warm up. During the warm-up, I repeatedly told myself in my heart that I must not run fast and run at my own pace. Don't be led away by others, be sure to finish the run safely and without injury. At 8 o'clock sharp, the gunshots rang and started on time. The aerial camera hovered in the air. 5000 people set off together. The scene was spectacular. Along the way, cheering, shouting and countless waving small red flags made us deeply feel the enthusiasm of this city.
The first 1km did not run very much. At 3km, the crowd of mini-runs and parent-child runs were diverted and the road became less crowded. The section of the road after 3 kilometers is an uphill of more than 200 meters, which obviously feels a little difficult. I want to finish, what about the next 18 kilometers. The track of this marathon is the most beautiful track, passing through many scenic spots with Kaihua characteristics. I don't think I have the leisure to appreciate it. I only care if I can finish half a horse.
Slow down and adjust your breathing to run forward step by step. Hold on for a while and hold on for a while. Relying on this belief, I ran to the supply point 7.5 kilometers away, drank some water, and continued to run forward. At this moment, my body slowly became hot and my fatigue gradually disappeared. My mind got better, thinking of not comparing with others and challenging myself to finish the competition. It doesn't matter if you control your speed and run forward at your own pace, and someone keeps overtaking me. By the time I reached 13 kilometers, I found that many people were already walking in front of me. I still maintained my own rhythm and pace, constantly surpassing others and being surpassed by others at the same time. The important thing is that I began to enjoy it. When I passed the most beautiful track, I also interacted with photographers on the roadside and took many photos. When it was 18 kilometers, I felt that I couldn't run. I saw many people running and stopping, and some people were simply walking and struggling.
"Come on, you can do it." I secretly encouraged myself in my heart, and finally insisted on the competition schedule by self-control. In any case, I can't give up. The marathon I am thinking of has only the last 3 kilometers left. I move forward to the finish line step by step. After 21 kilometers, I have passed a curve and the finish line is just around the corner! I stopped to take a picture and crossed the finish line. The timer showed 02:14:16. When the staff hung the medal around my neck, I was relieved and filled with satisfaction. I did it and finally completed the first marathon in my life. What a memorable thing!
A horse, a city. To rediscover a city, the marathon is undoubtedly the best choice. When you put on your running shoes and follow everyone from the starting line, you will open a different mode, step by step, measure with your feet, observe with your eyes, and experience with your heart. With your own breath and breath, the world slowly quiets down, and more scenes that have not been noticed before begin to become clear. The place where I grew up was so beautiful.
