Why do we feel unhappy? With the development of social economy, is our spiritual world getting farther and farther away from happiness?

First, keep a good attitude. With the rapid development of modern society, the polarization between the rich and the poor is becoming more and more serious. In the same organization or in the same residential area, there are always people with higher income and richer than you. At this time, don't make horizontal comparisons, but constantly cultivate yourself and work hard. Similarly, if your child is not as good as someone else's child, you should not be out of balance or discouraged. You should find out your shortcomings in educating your children and make up for them. Not to the last moment of life, there is no need to be discouraged, there is no need to draw conclusions about everything.

Second, you must have goals and directions in your work and life, and stick to them. There should be annual goals for the year, monthly goals for the month, and even goals for every day. When you achieve one goal after another, your happiness will follow. I remember the news I saw before: Bai Bin, a marathon enthusiast from Guizhou, spent 433 days across 14 countries and ran from the South Pole to the North Pole. The whole journey was 24110 kilometers, equivalent to 600 marathons! Why did Bai Bin succeed? Because he insisted on running for 20 years and accumulated rich experience. Although it was a 20000-kilometer "Long March", he broke down the big goals into small goals one by one, and finally completed this world-renowned feat., Reaped the joy of extraordinary victory. In an interview with reporters, Bai Bin said: "As long as you love and persist, everyone will surely realize their dreams!" Therefore, each of us should set goals according to our own reality. When you complete your goals, you are happiest. The more goals you have, the more you give, and the more you achieve, the more happiness you will have.

Third, maintain uninterrupted learning and constantly enrich your knowledge and life vision. It will also bring us harvest and happiness. Imagine, if you have never understood art and law, through a year of study, you suddenly found that their paintings have been appreciated by many people, or your spare time to learn the law knowledge suddenly one day to help friends, you are not very happy?

Fourth, good at making friends, there are a few friends who are interlinked and caring for each other. As the old saying goes, "Wealth is not a permanent friend, but a friend is a permanent wealth". Friends are the key to happiness when we are depressed, the savior when we encounter difficulties, and the beacon when we are confused. Of course, the friendship between friends depends on mutual sincerity and help, and they cannot rely on their friends.
