In order to strengthen the safety management of limited space operations and improve the safety awareness and skills of limited space operators, Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company organized a special training on safety of limited space operations on November 30.
limited space refers to the closed or partially closed, relatively isolated from the outside world, the entrance and exit are relatively narrow, the operator can not work for a long time, the natural ventilation is poor, easy to cause the accumulation of toxic and harmful, flammable and explosive substances or oxygen content is insufficient space. The training mainly includes the basic knowledge of limited space, safety control, emergency measures and work arrangement. Yunnan Jianfeng also organized the trainees to watch the warning education film on accident cases in limited space to further deepen the familiarity of relevant operators with the operation process and master the emergency rescue skills.
Through training, the participants felt the risks of limited space operations and the importance of standardized operations, effectively improving safety awareness and operational skills. After that, Yunnan Jianfeng will further improve the management system and operating standards for limited space operations, guide various departments to carry out emergency drills, and urge them to be equipped with relevant equipment and facilities as required.
