After the transformation, cooling water is introduced to directly cool down, and the temperature of the clean area is controlled at about 21 ℃. During the production period, electricity can be saved by nearly 1400 kW hours a day, which greatly reduces the cost of electricity for production.
Concentrated water recycling transformation of purified water The concentrated water is recycled by adding two concentrated water storage tanks, and the concentrated water is pumped into the cooling tower by a pump to replace the supply of tap water to the cooling tower. According to statistics, about 10 tons of tap water were required to be supplemented to the cooling tower every day during the original production period.
