Daye Peak has 18 belt conveyors in total. Because the conveying materials contain viscous substances, some of them will stick to the working surface of the conveyor belt and cannot be unloaded during unloading. At the same time, some materials will be scattered on the belt corridor, causing environmental pollution and increasing the labor intensity of cleaners.
In order to completely solve this problem, Daye Peak modified the belt sweeper and replaced the original self-made skin stopper with a professional sweeper. The sweeper is installed on the head roller of the belt conveyor, and the blade is made of polyurethane, which has the advantages of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, no damage to the belt, cleaning and the like. Its special tensioning device is reasonable in design and convenient to use.
