Over the past year, through cost analysis, Daye Peak has taken measures such as increasing the output of raw meal rollers to reduce electricity prices, purchasing copper tailings instead of iron ore and low-grade iron fine sand, strictly controlling the outsourcing of high-grade sand and shale, and increasing the proportion of limestone used in raw meal to reduce the cost of raw meal. In the past two months, daye peak due to cement mixing amount is lower than the annual plan, resulting in higher cement production costs. After analysis, Daye Peak improves the clinker strength by adjusting the raw material ingredients and replacing the coal injection pipe. The manufacturing department, quality control department and purchasing department work together to keep a close eye on the correspondence between the cumulative amount of cement batching scale and the actual usage, adjust the coefficient in time, and pay attention to the change of cement chemical composition.
