Pharmacy Participates in Knowledge and Care Skills Grand Prix

On December 5, Jianfeng Pharmacy teamed up to participate in the Zhejiang Regional Competition of the 4th "Tianqing Cup" Knowledge and Care Skills Grand Prix organized by Zhengda Tianqing Pharmaceutical Company, and won the "Team Second Prize" and "Best Service Team Award" in the offline selection process.

In this Zhejiang regional competition, 8 chain pharmacy teams including Jianfeng Pharmacy participated. The participating teams came from Wenzhou, Taizhou, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Shaoxing and other counties and cities. The regional selection competition is divided into online and offline links. In the early stage, the online voting "Best Popular Team Award" will be held from December 1st to 4th, and the offline "Knowledge and Care Skills" competition will be held on December 5th. The offline team award competition is divided into 4 items: elegant demeanour display, Tianqing small theater (Tianqing specific disease sales case exercise), online test and team rush to answer. Each item has a full score of 100 points, with the scores accounting for 10%, 40%, 40% and 10% respectively. The 8 team members are composed of 1 team leader and 4 competition players. The team leader participates in the offline team award competition style display and the on-site scoring of Tianqing small theater project.

After careful preparation, Jianfeng Pharmacy won the first place in the case exercise appraisal for sales and customer service of specific diseases with 87.5 points in the Tianqing Small Theater project in the offline competition of Zhejiang Regional Competition, won the "Best Service Team Award" and won the "Team Second Prize" with 80.1 points in the final appraisal total score of 4 projects ".

Through this activity, large pharmacies have also seen their own shortcomings. After that, they will further strengthen the training of pharmacists in sales skills and product knowledge, improve the service quality of pharmacists, and strengthen the reserve of professional knowledge of pharmacists.
