Huangping is an old revolutionary base area and a national poverty-stricken county in China. Huang Ping Jianfeng Cement Company, built by Jianfeng Group with an investment of 0.758 billion yuan, is the largest local investment project and a key project for poverty alleviation cooperation between the east and the west. It is inclined to the local poor in terms of recruitment and other aspects. At present, among the company's more than 140 employees, except for 20 management and technical backbones, the rest are recruited locally. Among them, there are 19 poor people who have established files and registered cards. Long Liwei is one of them.

Long Liwei is from Gulong Town. Known as "China's first Miao Town", it was listed as one of the 20 extremely poor towns in Guizhou Province in 2016. Long Liwei has 5 brothers and sisters, she is the youngest. My mother died of illness a few years ago, and my 70-year-old father was also unable to do farm work due to poor health. The family owed more than 100,000 yuan in debt. My brothers and sisters were all working in other places, and more than half of the accounts had been paid. In order to take care of her father, she decided to stay and work locally after finishing college. "At present, the monthly salary is 3400 yuan. I believe that as long as I work hard, the salary will definitely increase, and I can repay the 7000 yuan student loan in the shortest possible time, so as to reduce the burden on my family."

"In addition to the employment of 19 filing and card-setting personnel in enterprises to get rid of poverty, we will also promote the development of upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain in the surrounding areas and related industries such as transportation, catering, and services, so as to drive more people out of poverty and become rich."

Chen Xiaomin is from Niudachang Town, shibing county. He graduated from a local vocational and technical college this year and came to work early in April. She was brought up by her grandparents, and her two younger brothers were nursed by her uncle. "My grandparents cried when I received my first salary of more than 3000 yuan. I told them it was my turn to take care of them."
