Think back a year ago today, the same time walking on the same road, but the mood is completely different, at that time we have been working in Guangdong for the sake of life, there are still a pair of children at home who are studying. Because we have been away for a long time, they have become standard left-behind children. Although their material life is satisfied, without the long-term company of their parents, the children are obviously insecure and boring. They are gradually addicted to mobile games and electronic novels. Staying up late and not working and resting on time for a long time not only seriously affects physical growth, but also declines in academic performance, and we are still stuck in "lifting bricks and unable to accompany you, put down the brick can't support you" state has not been taken seriously.

Until one day, the teacher called to say why the child didn't come to school today and still had an exam today. Only then did I know how unqualified I was as a parent. I always thought that my children were old. I always thought that they would listen to and do what I told them on the phone. However, I forgot that my children were in a rebellious period, how much the developed information network tempted my children, and overestimated my children's self-discipline ability. After deep thought, I resolutely decided to quit my job and go home to accompany my children.

When I returned to my hometown where I had been away for a long time, I found that the town had undergone earth-shaking changes. The jagged markets and crowded roads no longer existed in the past. Instead, there were many shops and wide roads. After chatting with friends, I learned that all this was driven by the construction of Jianfeng Group's cement plant. Today, I have also become a member of the peak, witnessing the construction of the production line and the growth of the company. From the mud and sand when I stepped into the factory area to the completion of the factory buildings and new buildings, I watched the enthusiasm on the construction site every day, listened to the roar of the machines, and sincerely thanked the group for its input and provided me with a platform for work. I also thank the training of leaders and the careful teaching of colleagues, which has improved my quality. I feel particularly at ease and proud to work here. The company's welfare is good, the treatment is also good, every day on time to work, have time to see the children, at the same time they have also been promoted, the leadership is kind, colleagues easy-going, work is satisfactory, what better than this?
