When I do something wrong, I will criticize but also do not forget to encourage, just like the teachers on campus, waiting patiently for us to grow up. The first colleagues we met were three girls we had never met before, but we were very speculative. We talked endlessly together, learned about peak history together, became familiar with corporate culture together, and then set foot on the road from Guizhou to Daye and from Daye to Guizhou together. We faced difficulties together, studied together and worked hard together. This kind of sincere feeling is really good.
