But my major has nothing to do with my position. In this new job, many factors will make me afraid, nervous and worried that I will not do well. In the face of an inexperienced little white like me, the boss not only teaches us carefully in his work, but also teaches us how to deal with people. When I do something wrong, I will criticize but also do not forget to encourage, just like the teachers on campus, waiting patiently for us to grow up. I really answered that sentence: enterprises are universities without walls.
The first colleagues we met were three girls we had never met before, but we were very speculative. We talked endlessly together, learned about peak history together, became familiar with corporate culture together, and then set foot on the road from Guizhou to Daye and from Daye to Guizhou together. We faced difficulties together, studied together and worked hard together. This kind of sincere feeling is really good. Thank you for accompanying me from unfamiliar to familiar, from familiar to clear. I am no longer afraid of the doubts in my heart.
