Instead, he took the initiative to help in tandem, city telephone cables and other posts while studying, making reasonable use of time to further increase his post knowledge and skills.
Once, Zhang Junhong's hands and legs were severely allergic, and the pain and itching were unbearable. He often couldn't help scratching the itchy place and often scratched and bleeding. He basically worked 12 hours during the day and often could not take a day off a week.

Generally speaking, conventional sheathing machines need to learn for 3 months before they can be turned on and operated separately, but Zhang Junhong can be turned on and operated skillfully in only one month. Wang Debo, assistant to the general manager of the cable company, said that most of the ultra-class 5 and class 6 sheath products of the digital cable production line have to pass through Zhang Junhong, so his workload is very heavy, but he has no complaints.
