In August this year, there were fewer orders for digital cables, but Zhang Junhong did not have time to spare. Instead, he took the initiative to help in tandem, city telephone cables and other posts while studying, making reasonable use of time to further increase his post knowledge and skills.

Once, Zhang Junhong's hands and legs were severely allergic, and the pain and itching were unbearable. He often couldn't help scratching the itchy place and often scratched and bleeding. However, at that time, the cable company was catching up with the order of non-shielded category 6 digital cables. He was the only one in the post of non-shielded category 6 digital cables. If he took leave to rest, the production progress of the order would be affected. As a result, Zhang Junhong did not go home to rest because he was unwell. He still insisted on working in his job. He basically worked 12 hours during the day and often could not take a day off a week.
