In July 2018 , Zhang Junhong entered a cable company and was assigned to a digital cable sheath position. At first, he followed Shen Ke, then director of the production workshop, to learn how to operate the equipment. During that time, Zhang Junhong would take the initiative to explore the principle of equipment and learn the relevant knowledge of the post as soon as he had free time. Shen Ke's evaluation of him was that people were very motivated, learned things quickly, did things seriously, and were modest and studious. When the

workshop is busy, Zhang Junhong often takes the initiative to work overtime. Before New Year's Day last year, the cable company received orders for non-shielded six types of digital cables. The order volume was very large and the delivery time was relatively tight. In order to deliver the goods on time, the production line operated continuously and the equipment and machines were turned on 24 hours a day. Zhang Junhong and Shen Ke worked day shift and night shift one after another. He worked night shift for a week and finally delivered the orders on time. In August this year, there were fewer orders for digital cables, but Zhang Junhong did not have time to spare. Instead, he took the initiative to help in tandem, city telephone cables and other posts while studying, making reasonable use of time to further increase his post knowledge and skills.

Once, Zhang Junhong's hands and legs were severely allergic, and the pain and itching were unbearable. He often couldn't help scratching the itchy place and often scratched and bleeding. However, at that time, the cable company was catching up with the order of non-shielded category 6 digital cables. He was the only one in the post of non-shielded category 6 digital cables. If he took leave to rest, the production progress of the order would be affected. As a result, Zhang Junhong did not go home to rest because he was unwell. He still insisted on working in his job. He basically worked 12 hours during the day and often could not take a day off a week.

It is also worth mentioning that Zhang Junhong's learning ability is very strong. Generally speaking, conventional sheathing machines need to learn for 3 months before they can be turned on and operated separately, but Zhang Junhong can be turned on and operated skillfully in only one month. Wang Debo, assistant to the general manager of the cable company, said that most of the ultra-class 5 and class 6 sheath products of the digital cable production line have to pass through Zhang Junhong, so his workload is very heavy, but he has no complaints. As a new employee, Zhang Junhong has outstanding abilities in all aspects and is diligent in his job. He has won unanimous praise from the leaders and colleagues of the cable company, and also played an exemplary and leading role for the employees of the unit.

In private, Zhang Junhong has a very good relationship with the employees of the cable company. Everyone likes to get along with him and praises Zhang Junhong for his kindness, kindness, generosity and diligence. I joined the company later than Zhang Junhong and just came to work in the cable company. The people and environment of the company are very strange to me. But every time I passed Zhang Junhong's post, he would greet me warmly, which made me feel very warm. Since I had not been in contact with the cable industry before, I did not know all kinds of machines and cables in the workshop, and the personnel of the unit did not recognize them completely.
