Operation

In 2018 , the air switch of the main motor transformer of Daye Peak Kiln was broken due to the burning of the cooling fan, resulting in excessive temperature rise of the transformer. After analyzing the reasons, we installed a 220V intermediate relay at the outlet end of the air switch of the control power supply, and then tripped the transformer to interlock and connect it to the relay closing point. After interlocking, the transformer is protected in all directions.
