Zhang Qingyu, vice chairman of Daye Peak Trade Union, made the last trade union work report on behalf of the trade union entitled "Keep the original heart, forge ahead, and strive hard to create new brilliance and achieve new development". It reviewed the past five years under the leadership of the superior trade union and the trade union of the group company, and closely focused on the business objectives, always adhere to the overall requirements of "political guarantee, system implementation, quality improvement, and protection of rights and interests", gather the strength of employees, unite and strive, and be realistic and innovative. It has successively won the Hubei Province Model Worker's Home, Huangshi City May 1st Labor Award, Huangshi City Worker Pioneer, and Baoan Town Special Contribution Award, Baoan Town "One Meeting, One Product" brand project construction advanced unit and other honors. The workers' congress has a total of 45 members and non-voting delegates. According to the agenda of the meeting, the congress elected the third trade union committee, the funds review committee and the women workers' committee by secret ballot. Shi Fu was elected chairman of Daye Peak Trade Union, Zhang Qingyu was the vice chairman of the trade union, and Lu Meiyan, Jing Fangzheng and Huang Xiaoming were members of the trade union; ma Pengfei, Huang Lifang, and Chen Fengchi were elected as members of the third funding review committee; Lu Meiyan, Chen Cuihong, and Yang Huiping were elected as members of the third female staff committee.

Long Xiaosheng, Chairman of the Baoan Town Federation of Trade Unions, and Qin Xuping, Chairman of the Group Company's Trade Union, attended the meeting and congratulated the members of the new trade union committee on behalf of the Town Federation of Trade Unions and the group trade union respectively. The achievements are affirmed.
