Pharmaceutical Company Passed Two Management System Certification Audits

From November 23 to 26, auditors of Hangzhou Wantai Certification Co., Ltd. conducted an on-site audit of the quality and environmental management system of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Company.

The content of this audit is the annual supervision and audit of the quality management system (QMS) and the re-certification of the environmental management system (EMS). The products covered by the certification include tablets, raw materials (limited to the scope of the drug production certificate), eye drops, pills, powder injections, freeze-dried powder injections, ear drops, quality and environmental management involved in the research and development and production of traditional Chinese medicine extraction. The audit team certified the effectiveness of the pharmaceutical company's management system in terms of organization, production process, raw materials, production equipment, product inspection, measurement management and other management systems through on-site inspection, access to documents, records and interviews with relevant personnel. The audit team believes that Jianfeng Pharmaceutical has made some progress in product quality management, energy conservation and emission reduction, and environmental protection management through years of management improvement. In particular, it fully affirms the technical measures to prevent excessive discharge of wastewater. At the same time, it puts forward suggestions on workshop machine repair, hazardous chemicals, hazardous waste storage and transfer, and internal auditor training. The final conclusion is unconditional recommendation and approval to renew the certificate. After listening to the report of the audit team, Shen Quan, the management representative of the pharmaceutical company, asked the relevant departments to implement the rectification and improvement one by one according to the improvement opinions and suggestions put forward by the audit team, continue to strengthen the daily inspection of safety and environmental protection in the future work, and timely organize the training of internal auditors, improve the knowledge level of internal auditors, make the management system operate effectively, and promote the enterprise management to a new level. This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022.
